Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of Cock Block (“Cock Block,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of the Cock Block mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

What Cock Block does

Cock Block uses Apple’s Screen Time technology to shield apps or categories you select. It may temporarily remove those shields after you complete a microphone-based speech and volume challenge. Features depend on your device, iOS, permissions, Apple frameworks, and system settings and may not always work as expected.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes;
• not interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, or attempt to bypass the Service or its security;
• use good judgment when choosing apps to block and when using the voice challenge; and
• not rely on the Service to restrict access in emergencies or for safety-critical, medical, legal, or parental-control purposes.

Health and safety

The challenge may ask you to speak loudly. Do not yell in a way that causes pain, strain, dizziness, or danger to you or others. Stop immediately if you experience discomfort. Be considerate of your surroundings and do not use the challenge while driving or in any situation requiring your full attention.

Not a guaranteed blocking service

The Service is a self-management tool, not a security product or guaranteed access-control system. Apple, iOS, device configuration, permissions, software errors, or other factors may allow access to selected apps or prevent an intended unlock. You are responsible for any consequences of relying on the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, artwork, text, branding, design, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

The Service relies on Apple technologies and may be distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of those products and services is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies. Apple is not responsible for the Service or these Terms.

Updates and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or US $25. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
